Who these terms are with

Fluence for Android comes from Yannick Huchard, 24 rue Marie Rausch-Weynand, Differdange, Luxembourg. Installing or using the app means you accept these terms.

What you may do

Install Fluence on the devices belonging to your Google account and use it for your own reading, personal or professional. Buying the full version grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use it.

What we ask of you

Keep the app intact rather than taking it apart or extracting its models, except where the law expressly allows it. Make a voice only from a recording of someone who has agreed to it. Process documents you have the right to read.

Your documents remain yours

We claim no rights over anything you bring into Fluence, and it stays where you put it.

Paying

The full version is bought once through Google Play at the price shown in your country, and it stays bought. Refunds follow Google Play's own terms. Ten documents are free, and buying lifts that limit.

What we can promise

Fluence is provided as it is. Speech and answers come from models running on your phone, and they will sometimes be imperfect: a name pronounced oddly, a question answered loosely. Treat it as a reading companion, and rely on a professional for medical, legal or financial decisions. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and every liability that must remain in law remains.

Law

These terms follow the law of Luxembourg, whose courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the protections of the law where you live.
