Does it work offline?

Yes. Once a voice is on your phone, reading, listening and asking all work with the network off, in a plane or underground.

Why is the first download large?

The voice and the model that answers questions run on your phone, so they live on your phone. You download a voice once and then it is yours.

Can it read French, German or Spanish?

The Crisp voice reads 31 languages, French among them, and Fluence works out which language a document is in. Your own recorded voice reads English.

How do I move to a new phone?

Sign in with the same Google account and reinstall, and your purchase travels with you. For your library, notes and reading positions, make an encrypted backup on the old phone and restore it on the new one.

I bought it and the shelf is still limited.

Open the You page and choose Restore purchase. Should that need a hand, write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
